March 23, 2021 -- Invincible Entertainment Partners and Xtreme Fighting Championships (OTC: DKMR) announced the launch of their broadcast venture, www.XFCTV.com, a mixed martial arts (MMA) linear streaming network. The channel went live in time for the XFC's next MMA event, YoungGuns 1, on March 27 at FireLake Arena in Shawnee, OK. The service will be offered in Portuguese, Spanish and English, with potential to reach an audience of over 100 million MMA fans worldwide. XFCTV brings combat sports fans a vast catalogue of archived fights, fighter profiles, live events, behind-the-scenes content they can't find anywhere else, and much more. Ashling Digital will assist with distribution for the service.
January 5, 2021 -- Invincible Entertainment Partners formalized an agreement to bring programming to platforms served by Comcast-owned XUMO. XUMO provides content to Vizio, LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Hisense and many more smart TV brands. Internationally, XUMO has a presence in Mexico, UK, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy and more countries. This partnership was initiated by Michael Nagle of Ashling Digital. Ashling has provided services for Invincible since 2015.
December 15, 2020 -- Invincible Entertainment Partners, an independent production and distribution company, has acquired Business Rockstars — a producer of video programming featuring CEOs and entrepreneurs — for $20 million in stock. Thom Beers and Steve Lehman, both longtime media execs and principal partners of Business Rockstars, sold the company to Invincible. With the pact, the duo will join Invincible’s board.
December 1, 2020 -- Ski TV, the snow, ski and snowboard channel which debuted in Australia, has now arrived in the UK via Freeview.
Winter sports enthusiasts can now watch a wide range of programming including lifestyle, sport, weather, interviews with athletes, resorts overviews and more. Channelbox is a multi-channel OTT platform available on Freeview 271 and accessible via TV sets connected to the aerial and the internet. SkiTV is the first sports channel represented on the platform.
October 30, 2020 -- DistroTV and Invincible Entertainment Partners agreed to terms bringing IEP's multichannel suite to the streaming platform in time for Halloween. This makes Watch It Scream and FrightFlix available to the FAST channel platform. Also added were channels Cinepride, Dungeon TV, GALXY, ScreenDreams, Watch It Scream and FrightFlix. The partnership was initiated by Ashling Digital.
October 30, 2020 -- SKI TV has joined the channel lineup for DistroTV. As part of the recently completed partnership with Invincible Entertainment Partners, DistroTV adds the channel that bills itself as "The Coolest Channel" and features snowboarding, Alpine and skiing at worldwide destinations. The partnership was initiated by New York-based Ashling Digital Inc.
July 1, 2020 -- EVOCA and SKI TV agreed to terms bringing the skiing-centric service to the new platform in time for their debut. EVOCA debuts in Idaho, Nevada and Utah beginning September 1st.
April 1, 2020 -- SKI TV joins Invincible Entertainment's new streaming platform GALXYtv in an agreement that includes both carriage on the soon-to-launch FAST channel platform. Additionally, Invincible will serve as an uplink for SKI TV's new linear ad supported feed to be distributed globally. Ashling Digital initiated the partnership between the two brands.
June 1, 2020 -- Michael Nagle (Ashling Digital Inc.) has joined DocuBay as Head of Distribution for North America. Michael previously ran distribution for Bloomberg Television, Playboy TV and NatureVision TV. He will serve as liaison for both DocuBay Premium and also the linear FAST channel and AVOD services.
July 1, 2015 -- NatureVision TV has enlisted Michael Nagle and Ashling Digital Inc. to oversee distribution for the new relaxation brand. NatureVision TV offers a linear channel, SVOD and VOD products centered around stress reduction. Nagle has overseen distribution for Playboy TV Networks for the past decade.
March 2, 2005 -- Playboy Enterprises Inc. named Michael Nagle as Vice President of National Accounts. He previously ran Global Sales and Product Development for Bloomberg Television. In his role, Michael will oversee sales and affiliate marketing for Playboy's 16 channels of linear, SVOD and VOD content.
